Courtney Russell
Courtney is a graduate of Miami (OH) University were she earned her BS in Business Administration. Shortly after graduation, she moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin where she owned and operated her own print consulting business for over 20 years. Through her consultant roles, she has been able to tap into the unique skills needed to transition from the manufacturing world to assisted living placement. Courtney is active in the local senior center and facilitates the Stronger Together caregiver support group. She studies martial arts and recently achieved the rank of Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. Courtney lives in Menomonee Falls with her husband, Steve, and two goldendoodles, Scuba and George.
Derek Nelson
With over 20 years in the healthcare industry, Derek has worked as a CNA, EMT and psych safety technician. Later he earned his master's degree in Healthcare Administration from Des Moines University. As a Placement Specialist Derek's unique understanding of assisted living and memory care communities means you'll always find the best option available that meets your budget and care needs. Derek lives in Milwaukee with his wife and three cats.
